A Franco-Ivorian, Executive Chef Loïc Dablé crafts traditional African dishes with modern French culinary techniques. After graduating from Paris’ School of Métiers de la Table, he created his own unique style by infusing the flavours of the Continent with western cooking. Chef Loïc Dablé adds an innovative and creative flair to the exquisite and beautifully presented dishes that he invents.
